Step 1.Secure Pre- Registration Form and Confirm subjects to be taken from the Dean Office

Step 2.Claim Official Registration Form from the Registrar office

Step 3.Go to the Finance Office for Assessment and Payment

Step 4.Renew/ validate School ID at the Student Affairs Office

Step 5.Claim Class Cards from the Registrar Office

Returnee Student

Step 1.Go to the Student Affairs Office for clearance

Step 2.Go to the Guidance Office to update records

Step 3.Secure Pre-Registration Form & Confirm subjects to be taken from the Dean Office

Step 4.Claim Official Registration Form from the Registrar office

Step 5.Go to the Finance Office for Assessment and Payment

Step 6.Renew/ validate School ID at the Student Affairs Office

Freshman & Transferee

Step 1.Go to the Dean Office for Preliminary Interview, Checking of Credentials & Securing Pre- Registration Form

Step 2.Pay testing fee & take test at the Guidance Center

Step 3.Go to the Dean Office to confirm subjects to be taken

Step 4.Get Student ID Number and Official Registration Form from the Registrar Office

Step 5.Go to the Finance Office for Assessment and Payment

Step 6.Apply for Identification Office Card from Student Affairs Office

Step 7.Claim Class Cards from the Registrar Office
